Clients have coveted Swan’s Way desserts for special events
and occasions since 1980. Requests for our desserts often extend beyond celebrations to repeat orders for cakes, roulades, and more. Dolcelinos’ popularity at catered events prompted their evolution to a stand-alone, retail frozen treat.

Although currently only available in a 60 mile radius of our Lincolnville kitchens Dolcelinos are quickly gaining a following and have even attracted the attention of DownEast Magazine. More than 7,000 Dolcelinos were sold during the summer of 2009 and we look forward to expanding throughout Maine and into other parts of New England in the coming months. Whether enjoyed as an on-the-go, hand-held snack by the lunch crowd at local markets, served as an easy dessert at parties, or taken home and drizzled with berries and sauces, Dolcelinos are a dessert you can dress up, or down.
