THE CHOCOLATE TURTLE
simple. A little hot fudge on the plate, place a "topless" chocolate dolcelino
on top of the hot fudge, sprinkle pecans
on top and drizzle with caramel sauce.

THE SALTED CARAMEL
simple. A little hot fudge on the plate, place a “toplessʼ chocolate dolcelino
on top of the hot fudge, scatter marconi almonds on top and drizzle with
caramel sauce and then sprinkle some coarse salt.

COOKIES & CREAM
simple. Take the top cookie off the dolcelino, whip some heavy cream, crumble the cookie and then fold the crumbled cookie into the whip cream. Then just pile the cookie laden cream onto the
cookie. If a whole one is too much for one person, cut the decked out dolcelino in half,and serve with berries.

PLUM PUDDING RECONFIGURED
semi simple. Plum pudding with hard sauce is a holiday favorite. Dolcelinos are reconfiguring the classic. Consider the lemon dolcelino as the hard sauce and top with fresh roasted plums drizzled with a little brandy. Or flame off the brandy if you
promise not to set the house on fire.

HOT FUDGE DOLCELINO SUNDAE
Simple. Anything that works on ice cream works on a Dolcelino.
Serve several flavors cut in quarters and guest get to make their
own sundae while using several different Dolcelinos.
Have bowls of hot fudge, whip cream, bananas, nuts, m&m's,
berries, etc.
You can even take the top cookie off and crumble it with heath bars or nuts.

BANANA SPLIT
Dolcelino Banana split for a tiny crowd.
3 dolcelinos for 4 servings
Take 2 Coco Chocolate Dolcelinos and 1 Coco Coffee Dolcelinos and split horizontally through the middle of the filling. Then, cookie side down, cut each half into half again. You now have 12 half moon quarters.
On each plate put 2 chocolate crescents(quarters) and 1 coffee crescent(quarter). Put a quarter of banana sliced in between each crescents. Drizzle with hot fudge.(and/or caramel sauce)
And why not add a dollop of whip cream and nuts. nuts.

Chocolate Dolcelino Banana Split

PEANUT BUTTER DOLCELINO
Simple. Put a butterfinger in a plastic bag. Hit it with a
hammer till texture you want. Mix it with the top cookie and
sprinkle it on whip cream.

DOLCELINO WITH FRESH FRUIT
Simple.In the winter if no appealing berries are available consider
clementines Section the clementines and squeeze the juice of
one or two over the bowl. Let sit till ready to serve and then
scatter on the Dolcelino. Would be nice on the aztec Dolcelino.

DOLCELINO WITH ROASTED PEARS

MOCHA SPLIT
Simple. Slice a coffee and a chocolate Dolcelino horizontally
through the middle of the filling. Put the chocolate top on the
coffee bottom. If desired drizzle with Kahlua Hot fudge.
And for overkill, sprinkle with crumbled chocolate covered espresso beans.

If you are not in a hurry:
- try roasting fresh figs and serving them with caramel sauce on the coffee dolcelino.
- make a persimmon chutney w. fresh persimmons, ginger, apple cider vinegar, currants
and lemons. serve on a lemon dolcelino and sprinkle w. candied ginger
- Caramelized bananas w. a little rum are great on coffee Dolcelinos.
The possibilities are endless. Let us know your favorite way to dress up or dress down
